Lapis - Mighty Bride: Basic Information

Color / Weapon Type / Move Type

Red/Sword/Cavalry

Rarity

5 Star

What Kind of Character Are They? ・Weapon skill allows allies within 5 spaces to warp nearby unit if unit has already entered combat, grants bonus stats, true damage based on Spd, and damage reduction on foe's first attack to unit during combat, deals 10 damage to target foe and foes within 2 spaces after combat, and inflicts 【Share Spoils】 on target foe after combat.

Bridal Lapis Skills at 5★

Wildflower Edge

Might: 16 Range: 1
Enables 【Canto (Rem. +1)】.
Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1).
If unit has entered combat during the current turn, allies within 5 spaces of unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of unit.
If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res = 15% of unit's Spd at start of combat, deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and reduces damage from foe's first attack by X% during combat (if it is unit's first combat initiated by unit or first combat initiated by foe that turn, X = 80; otherwise X = 40; "first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes).
If unit initiates combat, deals 10 damage to target and foes within 2 spaces of target after combat, and inflicts 【Share Spoils】 on target through its next action.
【Share Spoils】
Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on unit during combat and neutralizes "reduce damage by X%" effects from unit's non-Special skills (excluding area-of-effect Specials).
If foe initiates combat and if unit is defeated in combat, grants another action to that foe after combat (this effect has priority over other similar effects, including Time is Light; in such cases, these other similar effects are treated as not having triggered).

Escutcheon

Cooldown Count = 2
Reduces damage inflicted by attacks from adjacent foes by 30%.

Flared Sparrow

If unit initiates combat, deals 7 damage to foe as combat begins (effects that reduce damage "during comabt" do not apply; will not reduce foe's HP below 1), grants Atk/Spd+7 to unit during combat, and applies 【Divine Vein (Flame)】 on 5 spaces in a line centered on foe's space (oriented left to right based on the direction unit is facing) for 1 turn after combat.
【Divine Vein (Flame)】
Applies the following effects on space: Acts as difficult terrain for foes with Range = 2 (moving over this space costs +1 movement; movement cost cannot exceed unit's allowed movement; "cannot be slowed by terrain" effects do not apply). At start of enemy phase, deals 7 damage to foe, and also, as combat begins, deals an additional 7 damage to foe (effects that reduce damage "during combat" do not apply; will not reduce foe's HP below 1). (Divine Vein effects do not stack; replaces any existing Divine Vein effect; Divine Vein effects applied simultaneously cancel each other out.)

Flow Guard 4

If unit initiates combat, inflicts Spd/Def-4 on foe, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks, and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack), and also, if foe's attack can trigger foe's Special, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on foe before foe's first attack during combat (cannot exceed foe's maximum Special cooldown).

Panic Smoke 4

After combat, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-3 and 【Panic】 on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions, and grants 【Foe Penalty Doubler】 to unit and allies in cardinal directions.
【Foe Penalty Doubler】
Inflicts penalty on foe's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = any current penalty on each of those stats through their next action. Calculates each stat penalty independently.

See the IV Checker for All UnitsTrait Fruits—How to Change IVs

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd / -Res

The best IVs for Bridal Lapis are +Spd and -Res. Bridal Lapis's Spd is among the highest in the game at base 47 and is increased to base 51 after a superboon. Boosting Spd allows Lapis to keep up with the fastest metagame units while outspeeding everything else.

Bridal Lapis's Res is a clear dump stat and is a safe bane to take as it won't impact any of her matchups.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Bridal Lapis up to +10 to ensure she outspeeds a vast majority of her foes.

How to Use, Explanation

Bridal Lapis's base kit already functions well as a support unit. She is designed to defeat raid boss type units such as Savior armors by surviving combat and allowing allies to warp in and defeat the target foe and retreat afterwards with the extra action.

Bridal Lapis Roles, Strengths, and Weaknesses

Bridal Lapis Roles

Lapis - Mighty Bride Roles
Close-Physical Ranged-Physical Close-Magic Ranged-Magic
Physical Wall Magic Wall Effective Weapon Movement Assist
Exclusive Skill All-Range Counter Recovery Refresher
Legendary Mythic Duo / Harmonized Resplendent

Bridal Lapis is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Bridal Lapis Strengths

Wildflower Edge grants allies extra actions

Bridal Lapis Builds and Best IVs | Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH)|Game8 (61)

Bridal Lapis comes with her own exclusive weapon in Wildflower Edge. This weapon grants Lapis Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, an additional Atk/Spd/Def/Res bonus in combat equal to 15% of her Spd, bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Spd, and damage reduction on her foe's first attack (either 80% or 40% depending on combat order).

More importantly, Wildflower Edge deals 10 post-combat damage to the target foe and all foes within 2 spaces and inflicts 【Share Spoils】 onto the target foe.

【Share Spoils】 is a new status effect that inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on the affected unit and neutralizes the affected unit's non-Special damage reduction skills.

Additionally, if a unit with 【Share Spoils】 is defeated on enemy phase, the attacker who initiated combat is granted another action.

This status effect can be taken full advantage of by applying it to a foe with Lapis, and then having your best offensive unit finish off the enemy to grant them an extra action and continue defeating additional enemies on the same turn.

Bridal Lapis Weaknesses

Weak to Cavalry Effective Weapons

Bridal Lapis takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
